What the Arizona register tells you

Arizona prints “Discipline: None” affirmatively, which puts it in the better half of our nine. It also records two things most states do not: whether a lawyer carries professional liability insurance, and any board certified specializations.

Then it adds a caveat in its own words: the website does not display all public sanctions or public information concerning a lawyer’s disciplinary history, and directs anyone wanting the complete record to submit a history request form.

So “None” here means none displayed, and the Bar itself says that is not necessarily the whole file. We have not submitted the form. Kelly’s profile carries that gap in the open.

What we haven’t checked
